Terms and Conditions


If you are unable to attend a seminar / session you are registered for, a substitute participant is welcomed.

If you withdraw from a seminar / session in writing or by email more than 20 working days before the start date, your course fee will be refunded minus a $20 administration fee.

Of you withdraw form a seminar / session in writing or by email less that 20 working days before the session date, you will receive a 50% refund of your fee, minus a $20 administration fee.

If you do not attend a seminar and have not advised us in writing or by email before the start date, the full fee will apply.

Macmillan Professional Learning reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to low numbers of participants. If a seminar is cancelled, you will be advised and your fees will be refunded in full.
